Willamette Valley Construction & Design is a family-owned remodeling company based in Salem, Oregon. We’re operated by brothers Santiago and Cruz Gamez, and we bring over 18 years of combined hands-on experience to every project.
Our goal is simple:
make remodeling a smoother, clearer, and more stress-free experience for homeowners.

Cruz Gamez (Owner - Partner)
Cruz Gamez is also co-founder & part owner of Willamette Valley Construction & Design LLC. Cruz has over 8 years of residential construction experience. Cruz has experience building cabinets, decking, siding, pavers, painting, roofing, & a lot more. Cruz operates the sales portion of the business. Cruz will probably be the first person you get to meet from our team. He will meet with you and help you plan your project.
Santiago Gamez (Owner - Partner)
Santiago is the co-founder of Willamette Valley Construction & Design and brings over 8 years of residential construction experience as a finish carpenter. His background includes carpentry, flooring, framing, siding, and full remodel work.
He handles the behind-the-scenes operations of the business: including marketing, finances, and project coordination - while still being actively involved on job sites.
If Santiago isn’t in the office, you’ll likely find him working alongside the crew, making sure your project is done right.
