You’ll receive a clear, detailed written proposal outlining scope, pricing, and timeline.

Once approved, we lock in your schedule and handle any required permits or inspections.

You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and when work will begin.

4) Construction & Clear Communication

Our in-house team completes your project with a focus on quality craftsmanship, cleanliness, and respect for your home. We keep you updated throughout the project and communicate clearly about progress, changes, or decisions that come up. No disappearing. No guessing.
